Overview

• Periodontist in Acworth, GA
• 2-4 days per week (flexible based on doctor's preference)
• 8:00am-5:00pm
• Daily guarantee or percentage (whichever is greater)

Responsibilities

• Examine, diagnose, and treat patients who require all manners of periodontal treatment

Qualifications

• Periodontist Certification
• DMD or DDS Degree
• State License
